Step : 1 Press the Windows and R buttons together to open the Run dialog box.
Step : 2 Type regedit in the search section and click OK.
Step : 3 When the Windows Registry editor window opens, go to the following path, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14(your_office_number)\Outlook
Step : 4 You see the file path that you have selected at the bottom of the screen.
Step : 5 Now, right-click on the free space and select the New option from the displayed list. Select String Value.
