Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2010:
Step : 1 Start the main interface of the Microsoft Outlook 2010/2013 email client on your computer.
Step : 2 Navigate to the File tab at the upper-left corner and click it.
Step : 3 As soon as the Account Information window displays on the screen click the Add Account option.
Step : 4 In the Add Account dialog window , select the radio button next to the Email Account option.
Step : 5 Fill the Your Name , Email Address Password , and Retype Password fields and then click the Next option.
Step : 6 Once done , select the OK option followed by the Finish option.
