This feature in Outlook stops sending or receiving emails over a slow network connection. If you wish to turn off the Work Offline mode in the Outlook 2010/2013 app installed on your Windows computer, follow the steps mentioned below how do i turn off outlook offline mode.



Step : 1 On your Windows computer, launch the Outlook 2010/2013 app by double-clicking the Outlook shortcut icon.

Step : 2 In the Outlook main window, click the Send/Receive tab.

Step : 3 Click the Work Offline button to turn off the Work Offline mode in the Outlook app.

Step : 4 The Working Offline message on the status bar disappears when you are working online.

Step : 5 Also, the Work Offline button will not be highlighted when you disable it.

Step : 6 If the status bar displays the Work Offline mode message, repeat the action until the status changes to connected or disappear.
