Step : 1 Check whether your Internet connection is stable. If you have to fix iCloud not receiving emails issues, try connecting your device to a mobile hotspot or network.
Step : 2 Restart the iCloud application and check whether you are able to receive emails.
Step : 3 If your account is offline, you won’t be able to send or receive emails.
Step : 4 You can locate the name of your iCloud account in the main Mail window on the left side of the screen.
Step : 5 If you find that your account name is dimmed, your account is offline. Now, turn it to online.
