On your Windows computer, click the Start menu and type ‘outlook’ in the search panel.

Press the Enter key and give a double-click on the Microsoft Outlook app.

Once it is launched, click the File tab available at the top-left corner of the screen.

Select the Info tab from the left-side panel and click on Account Settings.

Select the Account Settings option and click the Email tab in the pop-up window.
