You can use the IONOS email by setting it up on any email client application. The IONOS email settings include IMAP, POP, and SMTP details. If you wish to set up your IONOS email (IMAP), you must know these details.
IMAP Settings:
Incoming Mail Server: imap.ionos.com
Port for (SSL): 993
Port (Insecure): 143
POP Settings:
Incoming Mail Server: pop.ionos.com
Port for (SSL): 995
Port (Insecure): 110
SMTP Settings:
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.ionos.com
Port for (SSL/TLS): 465 or 587
Steps to manually set up your IONOS email (IMAP) account in Outlook 2016:
Step : 1 On your Windows computer, launch the Outlook 2016 app.
Step : 2 Once launched, click the File tab available at the top-left corner of the screen.
Step : 3 Navigate to the left-side panel and click the Info tab.
Step : 4 Click the Add Account button underneath Account Information.
Step : 5 Next, enable the Manual setup or additional server types radio button and click Next.
