Step 1:If your Norton security blocking internet access, then you have to disable the firewall temporarily to resolve this issue.
Step 2:To do so, launch the My Norton window and navigate to the Norton Settings menu.
Step 3:Select the Firewall option and then go to the General Settings tab.
