Step 1:If your Norton
security blocking internet access, then you have to disable the firewall
temporarily to resolve this issue.
Step 2:To do so, launch the My Norton window and
navigate to the Norton Settings menu.
Step 3:Select the Firewall option and then go to the
General Settings tab.
Step 4:It is available next to the Smart Firewall option. Make use of the
slide bar available near it to turn it off.
Step 5:When the Protection
Alert dialog box appears, select the Apply option from the drop-down list
and click the Permanently option.
