People tend to save
their documents as a PDF file because PDF is the most secure file format, and
it cannot be edited. Besides, the PDF file format is platform-independent.
i.e., it can be shared and accessed on any operating system. You can also save
the data in the offline mode if you are using a PDF reader.
Step : 1On your Mac, click the Mail icon
at the dock to launch the Mail app.
Step : 2Alternatively, open Finder and
select the Go menu
at the top of the screen.
Step : 3Select the Applications option
from the pull-down menu.
Step : 4In the Applications window, give a double-click on the Mail icon to launch the Mail app.
Step : 5Once you have launched the Mail app, give a double-click
on the email message to open the mail content.
Step : 6Press the Command + P shortcut
key to open the Print dialog
box.
Step : 7Select the Save
as PDF option from the PDF drop-down
menu.
Step : 8Specify a folder on your Mac to save the PDF file and
enter the file name in the Save
As text box.
