How to Setup Web Services for HP Envy 4500 Printer?

For Windows:
1. Click open the HP Envy 4500 Printer software installed on your computer (You can download it from 123.hp.com/envy4500)
2. Under the tab titled Print, Scan & Fax, select the ePrint Setup option. The HP ENVY 4500 printer’s embedded web server opens up.
3. Select Web Services.
4. Go to the Web Services Settings section to click on Setup. Press Continue and then follow the instructions to agree to the terms of use.
5. If asked, allow your HP Envy 4500 printer to check and install printer updates automatically.
6. If you are using the proxy network setting while connecting to the Internet, do the following.
7. Tap on enter Proxy.
8. Now, enter the proxy server settings in the appropriate fields and select Done.
9. The printer prints an information page. By following the instructions on the page, users can finish the setup process.

For Macintosh (OS X):
1. Open the HP Envy 4500 printer’s embedded webserver to set up and manage Web Services.
2. Select the Web Services section.
3. Under the Web Services Settings tab, click on Setup and then press Continue. Now, follow the on-screen instructions to accept the Terms and Conditions.
4. When asked, allow your printer to check for updates and install them automatically.
5. Now, the Envy 4500 printer prints an information page. Go to the instructions on the page to complete the setup process.
