Step : 1 Email signatures are the texts, logos, templates, or images appended at the end of the email message to provide the recipient with your details. You can use your name, email address, contact info, or website link as an email signature. If you do not have one, you can create it in your Outlook 365 account. If you wish to update your email signature, follow the below-mentioned steps.
Step : 2 On your computer, make sure you have a standard Internet connection before launching the Outlook Web app.
Step : 3 In the Outlook Web app, click the Settings icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
Step : 4 Select the Options tab from the drop-down menu.
Step : 5 Navigate to the left-side panel and select the Mail tab followed by Layout.
