Do You Want To Share An Outlook Folder With Another User?



Step : 1 Right-click the mailbox name of the outlook application and select the option that reads Folder Permissions.
Step : 2 Click on the Add button.
Step : 3 Select the person you want to permit to share the Outlook folder and press the OK button. 
Step : 4 Select the person's name and choose the appropriate permissions from the Permission Level drop-down list. (e.g., Owner, Contributor...). 
Step : 5 You can review the rights recommended to the mailbox level.
