Step : 1 Open your Outlook email account and go to the Tools menu.
Step : 2 Select the Accounts option from the displayed list.
Step : 3 When the Internet Accounts window appears, click on the Add button.
Step : 4 Select the Mail option from the list.
Step : 5 Now, type your name in the Display name section. This name will be displayed to your recipients when you send an email message. Click on the Next button.
