When you send a wrong email or an email to a wrong recipient
unexpectedly, you can unsend the email on Outlook. The unsend feature of
Outlook enables one to recall the email or replace the wrong email with a
correct one. The unsend feature works only when the following conditions
satisfied.
Step : 1 Before you can unsend make sure you and the receiver have an exchange.
Step : 2 server email or use Outlook as the email client.
Step : 3 When you are unsending an email, the receiver mail should
be open.
Step : 4 The sent message should be unread in the recipients’
inbox.
Step : 5 The email security service or any other add-ons must not
block your email or move it to the spam folder in the receiver’s mail account.
